Pharmacist
To proceed, you must hold a BSc in Pharmacy from a State University or a CMCC Pharmacist Certificate of Efficiency / Proficiency.

Midwives
A healthcare professional who holds a Certificate of Efficiency as a Midwife issued by the Ceylon Medical College Council and is authorized to practice midwifery in accordance with Section 51 of the Medical Ordinance.

Replacement of Damaged /Misplaced ID Card
If an applicant has misplaced or damaged the original SLMC ID card, they may apply for a replacement ID card.
Changing of Information Recorded in the SLMC
Applicants who wish to update the information maintained by the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC), including their name, address, or National Identity Card (NIC) number, may apply for a Change of Information.
Issue of Certificate of Extract of Registration in place of damaged/ misplaced of Registration Certificate
Applicants who have misplaced or damaged their original SLMC certificate may apply for a Certificate of Extract of registration.
